We are currently experiencing delays and failures with SMS notification delivery due to an ongoing AWS global outage affecting our upstream provider, Twilio. Critical notifications are still available via email and in-app alerts. We are actively monitoring the situation and service will be restored automatically once AWS resolves the outage.
